"I can’t thank Rich enough for going above and beyond when I needed it most. I was in a bind trying to secure a homeowners insurance policy so I could close on my home the next day. My previous agent at another State Farm office told me it would take at least a week to process because they needed to come out and take exterior photos. Feeling stressed, I mentioned this to a friend, who referred me to Rich. Rich immediately stepped in, understood the urgency of my situation, and worked tirelessly to get everything handled in less than 3 hours—after hours, no less! He explained that they do need photos of the outside of my home, but he was able to use the appraisal photos I had gotten done the week before, saving so much time. On top of that, he beat my previous agent’s price by $400! Thanks to him, I’m now able to close on my home tomorrow without any delays. If you’re looking for an agent who truly cares, is efficient, and delivers excellent service, Rich is your guy. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of an insurance agent who puts their clients first!"
